Get the same quality results as a chlorinated rubber base paint at a lower price! Apply over bare concrete, plaster or old rubber base for an attractive low-sheen finish. Do not apply over epoxy or unknown paints. Two coats are required over bare surfaces. First coat should be thinned with our rubber base paint thinner sold below. Includes instructions.
